A sophro-walk is a short, moderate difficulty walk during which we practise simple sophrology techniques : breathing exercises, gentle movements, concentration on our senses and sensations.
Going on a sophro-walk means taking our time to be fully aware of our physical presence in a beautiful natural environment.
Make sure you are well-equipped according to the weather conditions (proper shoes, water, towel/ mat to sit on the ground).
The customer certifies that he/ she doesn’t know of any physical impediment preventing him/ her from taking part in a moderate walk.
To be noted : Our walk in la forêt de la Lucerne is easier than the one in la Vallée du Lude.
